Dan Kamdar

Chairman

Mr. Kamdar founded AES, in 1996. His 45 years of aerospace and military related experience includes 25 years at Boeing. He provided significant contributions to projects such as Delta Launch Rocket, F-18 and F-15 Fighter Aircraft, C-17 Transport Aircraft and the International Space Station. Mr. Kamdar grew AES from a one-man company to about 500 employees.

Pete Dubas

President

Over 45 years of experience in leadership positions of increasing responsibility involving high technology engineering, and program management with AES, L-3 Communications, and Honeywell International. Outstanding record of successful accomplishments on challenging high technology programs ranging from the Saturn/Apollo Lunar Launch Missions, Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Boosters, interplanetary missions, International Space Station and the Delta rocket, Laser based Gyro guidance systems to military avionics programs for such aircraft as F-15, F-16, F-18, and C130.

Rex Puentespina

Senior Director, Business Development

Mr. Puentespina has over 35 years of experience in Naval aviation maintenance, policies development, programs, engineering, integrated logistics, and supply chain management on highly advanced and complex aircraft platforms, unmanned aerial systems and support equipment in the continental US, overseas and onboard ships. Prior to joining AES, he was the US Navy’s Cost War Room Chairman on contract, where he was in charge of aviation financial analysis and cost data management for multiple aircraft programs with the Naval Air Forces Fleet Readiness Analytics Group.

Jason Kamdar

Vice Chairman

Mr. Jason Kamdar has over three decades experience in the Aerospace industry, including 12 years at the Boeing Company. He has held Senior Business and Planning positions on the Delta Launch Rocket programs, as well as Financial Controls/IT assignments for Phantom Works, International Space Station, and the Boeing Core Business Operations group. Mr. Jason Kamdar spearheads all UAS contracts for the company and provides leadership oversight for the full suite of Business Operations, both at the corporate office as well as our field contracts.

Mike Tucci

VP, Business Development

Mr. Tucci has accumulated 40 years of experience in progressive leadership positions involving Systems Engineering, Environmental Test, and Business Development with AES, L3, and Honeywell International. His efforts include Systems Test Manager on the Cassini Program Reaction Wheels (NASA mission to Saturn) and the International Space Station Control Moment Gyroscope (CMG), as well as the fire control system for the Multiple Rocket Launch System (MLRS) weapon system. Mr. Tucci joined AES in 2011 as Director of Proposal Management, prior to his current responsibility of total oversight of Business Development.
