
Dan Kamdar
Mr. Kamdar founded AES, in 1996. His 45 years of aerospace and military related experience includes 25 years at Boeing. He provided significant contributions to projects such as Delta Launch Rocket, F-18 and F-15 Fighter Aircraft, C-17 Transport Aircraft and the International Space Station. Mr. Kamdar grew AES from a one-man company to about 500 employees.

Bob Simek
Over 25 years of business development leadership and capture experience with a successful track-record in developing, qualifying, shaping, and winning new business across the Department of Defense. Prior experience of 16 years with the Boeing Company and 9 years with BAE Systems with progressively increasing roles and responsibilities.

Stewart Weinstein
Mr. Weinstein has over 40 years of Senior Leadership experience with AES, Honeywell International, BAE Systems, and L3 Technology. Outstanding record of leading successful Capture Management campaigns for high technology programs such as the Hubble Space Telescope Inertial Guidance System and the Delta Launch Vehicle Redundant Inertial Flight Control Assembly. His has extensive knowledge of high technology development programs supporting NASA Space Missions and DoD ground systems and air vehicles avionics.

Jason Kamdar
Mr. Jason Kamdar has over three decades experience in the Aerospace industry, including 12 years at the Boeing Company. He has held Senior Business and Planning positions on the Delta Launch Rocket programs, as well as Financial Controls/IT assignments for Phantom Works, International Space Station, and the Boeing Core Business Operations group. Mr. Jason Kamdar grew the MRO and the UAS business at AES to new heights.

Pete Dubas
Over 45 years of experience in leadership positions of increasing responsibility involving high technology engineering, and program management with AES, L-3 Communications, and Honeywell International. Outstanding record of successful accomplishments on challenging high technology programs ranging from the Saturn/Apollo Lunar Launch Missions, Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Boosters, interplanetary missions, International Space Station and the Delta rocket, Laser based Gyro guidance systems to military avionics programs for such aircraft as F-15, F-16, F-18, and C130.
