Dan Kamdar

Chairman

Mr. Dan Kamdar, the founder of AES in 1996, brings a wealth of experience spanning 45 years in the aerospace and military sectors, including a notable 25-year tenure at Boeing. His career is marked by significant contributions to several high-profile projects, such as the Delta Launch Rocket, F-18 and F-15 Fighter Aircraft, C-17 Transport Aircraft, and the International Space Station. Under his astute leadership, AES has evolved from a solo venture into a thriving enterprise with approximately 500 employees, demonstrating his exceptional ability to drive growth and innovation in the industry.

Jason Kamdar

Vice Chairman

Mr. Jason Kamdar is a seasoned business professional with more than thirty years of experience in the Aerospace industry. His extensive tenure includes a 12-year period at the Boeing Company, where he held instrumental roles in Financial Controls, Business Planning and IT assignments for programs such as Phantom Works, the International Space Station, Delta II Launch Rocket and the Boeing Core Business Operations group. Mr. Kamdar has spent the past two decades building AES into a key player in the DoD contractor arena and continues to play a pivotal role providing strategic leadership and oversight for AES at the corporate headquarters as well as the company’s on-site field contracts across the United States.

Pete Dubas

President

Mr. Dubas, with 45 years of experience in leadership positions of increasing responsibility involving high technology engineering, and program management with AES, L-3 Communications, and Honeywell International. Outstanding record of successful accomplishments on challenging high technology programs ranging from the Saturn/Apollo Lunar Launch Missions, Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Boosters, interplanetary missions, International Space Station and the Delta rocket, Laser based Gyro guidance systems to military avionics programs for such aircraft as F-15, F-16, F-18, and C130.

Rex Puentespina

VP, Engineering Management

Mr. Puentespina has 35 years of experience in Naval aviation maintenance, policies development, programs, engineering, integrated logistics, and supply chain management on highly advanced and complex aircraft platforms, unmanned aerial systems and support equipment in the continental US, overseas and onboard ships. Prior to joining AES, he was the US Navy’s Cost War Room Chairman on contract, where he was in charge of aviation financial analysis and cost data management for multiple aircraft programs with the Naval Air Forces Fleet Readiness Analytics Group.

Mike Tucci

VP, Business Development

Mr. Tucci has accumulated 40 years of experience in progressive leadership positions involving Systems Engineering, Environmental Test, and Business Development with AES, L3, and Honeywell International. His efforts include Systems Test Manager on the Cassini Program Reaction Wheels (NASA mission to Saturn) and the International Space Station Control Moment Gyroscope (CMG), as well as the fire control system for the Multiple Rocket Launch System (MLRS) weapon system. Mr. Tucci joined AES in 2011 as Director of Proposal Management, prior to his current responsibility of total oversight of Business Development.
