Affordable Engineering Services, LLC (AES), furnishes premier engineering service to the DoD and Aerospace communities in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. In an environment in which we have consistently doubled our sales every year for the past six years, a greater challenge is placed on the AES Senior Management team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while remaining cost competitive. To meet this challenge we conduct monthly program management reviews chaired by the AES President and supported by his senior staff. The goal of these meetings is to assure that each of our programs has the resources necessary to ensure successful achievement of all program objectives, including technical and schedule status, financial targets and customer satisfaction.
