AES is known throughout the industry in providing low-cost Engineering Services, Logistics Support, Depot Level Maintenance, System Testing and Evaluation, Independent Verification and Validation, Reverse Engineering, and other Technical and Engineering Support to the Aerospace & Defense Industries. AES’ primary focus is on Naval and Marine aircraft, to include: Fighter and Attack Aircraft (F/A-18, F-22, all variants of the F-35, AV-8B, etc.) Transport, Refueling, and Bomber Aircraft (C—130, C-5, B-52, etc.), Special Purpose Aircraft (E-2C, P-8, P-3, V-22 etc.), Helicopters (All variants of the H-60, H-53, H-1, H-46, etc.). AES has also supported NASA on the Space Shuttle Program, Hubble Space Telescope, International Space Station, Delta-II/IV Rocket Program and other high profile Aerospace and Defense Contracts. Additionally, AES is partnered with prominent U.S. and International Unmanned System’s Companies that specialize in the design, engineering, production, and integration of unmanned systems (Air/Surface/Sub-Surface) worldwide.

Meet Our Executive Team

Dan Kamdar

Dan Kamdar - President

Mr. Kamdar founded AES, in 1996. His 35 years of aerospace and military related experience includes 25 years at Boeing. He provided significant contributions to projects such as Delta Launch Rocket, F-18 and F-15 Fighter Aircraft, C-17 Transport Aircraft and the International Space Station.

Jason Kamdar

Jason Kamdar - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Jason Kamdar has over two decades experience in the Aerospace industry, including 12 years at the Boeing Company. He has held Senior Business and Planning positions on the Delta Launch Rocket programs, as well as Financial Controls/IT assignments for Phantom Works, International Space Station, and the Boeing Core Business Operations group.

Pete Dubas

Pete Dubas - Sr. VP, Program Management

Mr. Dubas headed the Mechanical Engineering department and Environmental Test labs at Honeywell International Corporation and L-3 Communications. He has 35 years of experience in leadership to Engineers.

Bill Nichols

Bill Nichols - VP, Business Development, Engineering

Mr. Nichols has over 30 years of Aerospace and Defense experience, specializing in Business Development, Capture, Marketing and Program Management for large Domestic and International Programs. This experience includes 20 years of U.S. Navy Operations as a Naval Cryptologist.

Steward Weinstein

Steward Weinstein - VP, Proposal Management

Mr. Weinstein has held Executive Business Development, Engineering, and Program Management positions within Honeywell International Corporation, L-3 Communications Corporation, and BAE Systems. In these capacities, he has accumulated over 35 years of experience in the aerospace and defense arenas.
